As you know, dating back to the solicitation and opportunity for community input and feedback late last year and early this year, followed by an amazing turnout by the community in support of it at the March City Council meeting, and a subsequent hour-long discussion Council had in a Work Session, the vision for a new Bike Park has gained traction this year, particularly as it relates to the former Hughes Stadium site being a potential home. Part of that traction has been the formation of the Fort Collins Bike Park Collective by founding members, Overland Mountain Bike Association, BFC, YourGroupRide.com, and Wolfpack Noco. And, ICYMI on our or any of the those members’ social channels earlier this month, check out and share this video Dude Dad made that helps make the case for a Bike Park.

While we’ll always continue to keep you apprised of any developments here and on our social channels, the Collective has also established a webpage/URL (www.focobikeparks.org) with the intention to build out this website with timely and relevant news and information on a Bike Park’s progress. So, be sure to sign-up to be on the Bike Park Collective’s distribution list, as well as follow it on the social channels it has established.

Finally, watch those social channels, as well as ours for opportunities to pick up a Bike Park Collective T-Shirt to show your support.
