A huge shoutout to everyone who pedaled their way through this year’s Tour de Pi(e)! Mother Nature threw some serious wind our way, but that didn’t stop our pie-loving riders from rolling through town with big smiles (and bigger appetites).

Our journey kicked off at Sunny Sky Pies’ brand-new brick-and-mortar shop, where owner Erin greeted us with warm hand pies—flaky, delicious, and just what we needed to fuel up for the ride. Apple or cherry? Tough choice, but no wrong answers!

With bellies full and spirits high, we hit the road for a wind-powered 5ish-mile ride along Fort Collins’ low-stress bike routes. Our next stop? Little Bird Bakeshop, where the cozy, historic Frank Corbin House welcomed us in from the blustery evening. Pastry chef Amy served up two knockout options: Key Lime Pie Bars and Sour Cherry Pie Bars. Deciding which to pick was the hardest part of the ride!

The finale took us to Stodgy Brewing, where riders gathered inside to escape the gusts and refuel with Ciao Mobile Pizzeria’s pizza and, of course, a well-earned beer from Stodgy. Because what pairs better with pie than pizza and pints?

Tour de Pi(e) 2025 might have been a windy adventure, but nothing could blow away the amazing energy of our cycling community! Huge thanks to our incredible local businesses, volunteers, and every single rider who showed up ready for fun.

Mark your calendars—Tour de Pi(e) 2026 is already in the works, and we can’t wait to roll (and eat) with you all again!
